SUMARPO Affiliate Program Terms

Thank you for considering the SUMARPO affiliate program. Our affiliates are very important to us. This agreement is designed with you in mind, as well as protecting you, SUMARPO, and our customers. Please read thoroughly.

Affiliate Agreement

This agreement describes the terms and conditions for participation in the SUMARPO affiliate program. In this agreement, the term ‘Affiliate’ refers to you (applicant). In this agreement, ‘Brand’, ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ refer to SUMARPO, with whom you are entering this agreement. By applying to the SUMARPO affiliate program you are confirming that you have read the agreement and agree to the terms and conditions.

Commissions and payment

For a sale to generate a commission to an Affiliate, the customer must complete the order form. SUMARPO reserves the right to reject the shipment of any unusual order, including but not limited to fraudulent orders. Commissions will only be paid on sales that are made when the customer clicks through qualified, correctly structured Affiliate links or coupons. Properly coded links or coupons are the sole responsibility of the affiliate. Commissions can be viewed on the Affiliate Dashboard.

Payment can be requested every 30 days. Payment processing can take up to 30 days from the requested date. Payment will generally be paid out via PayPal. In the event a customer requests a refund for a transaction for which the Affiliate has earned commissions, any commissions earned on the refund amount will be deducted from the Affiliate’s balance.

Social media and content

Affiliates are permitted to use the brand and marketing resources available in the Affiliate section (Media gallery) of this application.

The Affiliate will never represent themselves, Brand or their relationship with Brand in a false or misleading way.

We have a right to use media materials including but not limited to photos, posters, and videos, provided by Affiliates, and will not be responsible for portrait rights. These media materials can be used on our website (www.sumarpo.com ), Social Media pages and paid media.

We reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to pre-screen, refuse or remove any content from the SUMARPO website (mobile site) or our Social Media pages without giving any reasons.

Modification

We may modify any of the terms and conditions within this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. These modifications may include but are not limited to changes in the scope of available commissions, commission schedules, payment procedures and Affiliate Program rules.

-          To cooperate with social media providers, such as Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, on these social media, we can interact efficiently.

-          To improve our affiliate program, and to improve the quality of your experience when interacting with the site.

-          To track IP addresses for analyzing the traffic
